Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in System/EE/SW with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in product engineering testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and execution of test readiness activities across NPI development
• Plan and execute build dry runs to ensure manufacturing test readiness for NPI builds
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve test-related issues during the build process
• Create and implement strategic plans for addressing problems and ensuring timely solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and cross-functional teams to align on goals
• Track and report status of test progress, readiness and outcomes
• Refine and improve test processes to enhance quality and maturity
• Ensure product test quality standards and manufacturing criteria are met
