Job summary

Pinnacle Specialty Group seeks an experienced Cognizant System Engineer/Technical Authority to manage assigned systems, coordinate configuration management, assess health and performance, and ensure operability and maintenance. You will support change design packages and evaluate impacts in safety-critical contexts.

Ideal candidates have ABET‑accredited engineering degrees and extensive direct experience, with a track record in electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years direct experience related to the field.
• Experience coordinating configuration management and site/system health assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate configuration management activities for assigned systems.
• Assess system health and performance and provide technical responsibility for operability and maintenance.
• Prepare change packages and evaluate impact of proposed modifications.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with related disciplines.
