Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC seeks a System Engineer for a Prime Contract supporting Government CMS services. You will liaise between Government leadership and our development team to align priorities, facilitate agile processes, and communicate risks.

You will prepare schedules, manage dependencies, and collaborate with the Freedom Program Management team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of SE

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of SE experience; 19 years may substitute for degree
• Experience as system engineer on a software development team with diverse skillsets

Responsibilities

• Provide system engineering support for a HR Applications and Services team's software development
• Serve as liaison between Government leadership and development team to establish priorities and facilitate agile processes
• Communicate dependencies, impediments, and risks to Freedom Program Management team
• Prepare schedule inputs and track progress in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
