Job description

Akkodi's is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Plymouth, MN 55442. Ability to Work Independently - must be able to stay focused, on tasks, and meet HOURLY production expectations in a WFH environment comes as a plus.

Location : Plymouth, MN 55442

Duration : 12 Months potential for the role to convert to a full-time

Pay Range: $50/hour - $54/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Skills:

• What the candidate must be able to do Requirements development & systems engineering.
• Intermediate Experience translating user needs, clinical insights, physician feedback, and engineering data into measurable system and subsystem requirements and architecture.
• Experimental design & statistical data analysis Minitab, JMP, or similar Intermediate.
• Must have experience designing experiments and collecting and analyzing data.
• Technical leadership & cross functional execution.
• Intermediate Ability to lead technical investigations, drive cross-functional alignment, influence without authority, identify technical risks, and communicate recommendations to project leadership.
• Must be capable of independently defining next steps with limited oversight.
