Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced network engineer to provide technical services and support for WAN/LAN, security, and Microsoft technologies across our client environments. You will manage and mentor site technical resources and coordinate with engineers to resolve complex issues.

This full-time, on-site role in the United States involves security audits, virtualization support (VMware, Citrix, RDP), routine documentation, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or 3+ years in Managed Services.
• Experience with security.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services and support for network level WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Support internal systems, cloud and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint.
• Support virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Remote access solutions.
• Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications.
• Handle escalated issues related to Microsoft core business solutions.
• Perform network assessments, security audits, and client consultations.
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Communicate with customers as required.
• Mentor and coach other engineers toward resolution.
• Lead and train all site technical resources.

Requirements
