A well-established global investment organization is hiring an Endpoint Solutions Engineer to lead the charge on modern device management initiatives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of endpoint strategy and serve as the subject matter expert for tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and AutoPatch—empowering a dynamic, distributed workforce with reliable and secure technology. You’ll play a key role in optimizing the end-user experience across hundreds of devices running Windows, iOS, and macOS.

What you bring to the table:

• 3–5 years supporting enterprise IT environments with a focus on endpoint lifecycle management
• In-depth experience configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, AutoPatch, and Apple DEP
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for software packaging and deployment automation
• Strong background in Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and conditional access configurations
• Demonstrated skill in hardware and peripheral evaluation, including standardization across regions
• Clear communicator and creative problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS devices in large, distributed environments

Extra skills that will stand out:

• Technical certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, Security+, or similar
• Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and security best practices
• Background in hardware sourcing, vendor relationships, or procurement
• Ability to break down complex topics into plain language for non-technical teams

What you'll work on:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide endpoint strategies using Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies
• Build and manage automated deployment workflows and custom software packages
• Define and enforce configuration baselines, compliance policies, and security profiles
• Evaluate and standardize devices and accessories like laptops, docks, webcams, and more
• Write and maintain documentation including runbooks, setup guides, and internal KBs
• Provide expert-level support on endpoint escalations and collaborate with global IT support teams
• Contribute to project planning, onboarding automation, and IT infrastructure improvements
• Continuously assess system health and identify opportunities for performance and UX enhancements
