Job summary

The C.A.S.E. Engineering Group, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks a senior health IT professional contingent on contract award for Q1 2027. The position will be confirmed only after contract award and related NDA steps.

The role requires 10+ years of health IT experience, expertise in application development and business processes, and hands-on work with AI to shorten development time and enhance deployments. OpenText AppWorks/Content Server experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of technical health IT experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in application development and business processes.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve development time, deployments and defect reduction.
• Knowledge of concepts and techniques to develop automated solutions.
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks and/or Content Server.
• Ability to work with production enterprise applications and workflows.
• Ability to support production deployments, troubleshooting and critical incidents.
• Eligible for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Public Trust background investigation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Government facility/network credentials.

IMPORTANT: CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

This position is contingent upon The C.A.S.E. Engineering Group, LLC receiving the associated Federal contract award. The position is not confirmed until the contract is awarded.

The anticipated start date is Q1 2027. Selected candidates will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) before the position is confirmed. Signing an LOI does not require the candidate to resign from their current employment. Employment with C.A.S.E. will begin only if the contract is awarded.

Candidates will be provided additional information about the customer and program during the interview process under a mutual nondisclosure agreement (NDA).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field


• 10+ years of technical experience related to health information technology


• Demonstrated technical expertise in application and business process development


• Experience using Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve development time, deployments, and defect reduction


• Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques used to develop and apply automated solutions


• Experience with OpenText AppWorks and/or Content Server


• Ability to work with production enterprise applications and workflows


• Ability to support production deployments, troubleshooting, and critical incidents


• Eligible for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Public Trust background investigation


• Ability to obtain and maintain required Government facility/network credentials
