Job summary

Commerce City is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to shape how the City leverages technology to serve its community. You will analyze business processes, gather detailed requirements, and lead impactful technical projects as the IT partner to City departments.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, guide on critical applications, and help teams work more efficiently. A strong background in technical analysis and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Six+ years in a similar role with experience in technical analysis and application administration/support.
• Certification in business analysis, project management or related technical field preferred.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $102,974.25 - $114,415.83

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or closely related field and at least six years of experience in similar role required. Extensive experience in technical analysis, Tier 2/3 application administration/support, project management, technical documentation and quality management is required. Minimum of 1 certification preferred in any of the following areas: business analyst, project management or related technical/application. Must complete and pass a CJIS background investigation prior to employment, and obtain CJIS certification within 30 days of starting employment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
