Job summary

Commerce City is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to shape how the City uses technology to serve the community. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and lead technical projects that deliver meaningful improvements.

You’ll act as the IT partner for assigned departments, providing Tier 2/3 support and expert guidance on critical applications. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of experience in technical analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or closely related field.
• At least six years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in technical analysis, Tier 2/3 application administration/support, project management, technical documentation and quality management is required.
• Minimum of 1 certification preferred in any of the following areas: business analyst, project management or related technical/application.
• Must complete and pass a CJIS background investigation prior to employment, and obtain CJIS certification within 30 days of starting employment.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $102,974.25 - $114,415.83
