Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support IT work at NSWC Crane, collaborating with the Tier II team on workstation compliance, imaging, and RDTE/NREN network support.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in IT, 7 years in IT, 5 years with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, MECM, ServiceNow ticketing, SECRET or higher security clearance, and DoD cybersecurity qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Active Directory and IT systems troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in IT is required; 7+ years total IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain workstation images and build new systems using imaging processes.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and assist in software installation and troubleshooting.
• Provide user support, perform analyses, and stay current on IT tools and security practices.
• Maintain STIG compliance and DISA standards; monitor networks and security scans.
• Manage tickets via S-Now and coordinate with NSWC Crane and clients.
