Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across Windows/Linux/Virtualization in professional roles.
• Experience with AD user/group management and Group Policy.
• Experience patching, monitoring, incidents, and change control with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support a mixed Windows/Linux environment on VMware vSphere and OpenStack.
• Handle patching, monitoring, incidents, and change control with documentation.
• Work with the security team on hardening and remediation.
• Comfortable with segmented networks/least-privilege designs and multi-site operations.
