Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks an experienced Linux Systems Engineer to support a high-visibility project and productize a system. The role requires active Poly clearance and strong Linux/Kubernetes skills, with emphasis on container tooling and security practices.

Work hours are Mon-Fri, with a preferred 10a-6p shift and additional team coverage from 6a-6p as needed. Relevant security certifications and hands-on scripting experience are valued, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Linux system administrator/engineer.
• Kubernetes tooling and container fundamentals; classified networking a plus.
• Security+ certification; Kubernetes and Bash knowledge.

Description:

• Supporting high visibility mission environment. Supporting a software development / engineering project looking to productize their system.
• Duty hours are Monday - Friday. Looking for a 10a-6p shift preferred. The team needs to provide 6a-6p coverage across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Linux System Admin / Eng.
• Kubernetes (K8's) experience; specifically tooling and container fundamentals needed. Experience with High Side / Classified networking is a major plus.
• Security + Certification; Kubernetes, BASH

Highly Desired:

• Python, Ansible, Salt, VMware experience, Agile, Dev Ops, Key Management / Encryption technologies

Other Desired experience:

• Currently holds or recently held SYS3 PRIVAC level desired. If SYS3 is not current, candidate will need to put in for SYS3.
