Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise system administration and automation.
• Proficiency in Cloud Operations at an intermediate level.
• Proficiency in Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) at an intermediate level.
• Proficiency in Asset Management at an intermediate level.
• Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and system configuration.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring tools and manage backup and recovery systems.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and automation tools.
• Conduct regular system health checks and apply system updates and patches.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as the primary point of contact.
• Maintain system documentation and monitor system logs for anomalies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to ensure 24/7 platform availability.
