Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Senior System Administrator to ensure the reliability of production systems and support customer-facing products. This role requires collaboration with the systems operations team and expertise in AWS and Terraform. You will manage online environments, develop infrastructure code, and participate in on-call rotations, all while adhering to company policies. Qualifications

• 3+ years in infrastructure provisioning and Linux server OS.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform and AWS management.

Job description

This position involves ensuring the reliability and performance of production and non-production systems, supporting customer-facing products and internal applications. Collaboration with the systems operations team to manage AWS infrastructure and Terraform expertise are key responsibilities.

Compensation: $115K to $130K annually

The salary will be based on education, training, experience, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing CCC’s online environments, including systems, applications, configurations, and security.
• Developing infrastructure code, managing builds and retirements, user accounts, software deployments, patches, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Participating in on-call rotations and scheduled activities.
• Following all company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, AMI management, security groups).
• Networking skills: HTTP, SSL/Certifications, LDAP, SMTP.
• Experience with software builds, systems, and web applications.
• At least 3 years in infrastructure provisioning, Linux server OS (preferably RHEL/CENT/OS/Amazon Linux), performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
