We seek a seasoned Information Processing professional to help ensure reliable software systems, robust networks, and effective executive-level communications.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across locations, experience with BI tools (Qlik/Power BI), and security credentials including IAT II and a DoD‑level baseline certification.

Formación

• Seven years of progressive information processing experience.
• Six years specialized in information processing disciplines.
• Four years hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software.
• Experience developing executive level presentations for senior management.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Qlik or Power BI preferred).
• Proven experience administering Corporate Performance Management Platforms.
• Secret security clearance.
• IAT II compliance.
• 81401-M Baseline Certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure stable operation of computer software systems and network connections.
• Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and communication links.
• Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues.
• Provide end user training and technology direction recommendations.
• Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems across multiple locations.
• Perform general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
• Perform vulnerability management.

Educación

7 years progressive experience in Information Processing

6 years specialized in Information Processing disciplines

4 years hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software

Experience developing executive level presentations for senior management

Experience with business intelligence tools (Qlik or Power BI preferred)

Proven experience administering Corporate Performance Management Platforms
