Job summary

Insight Global in Lanham, MD is seeking a Senior System Administrator to support a hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will be the onsite IT point of contact for local users and a point of contact for remote users in other office locations.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong MS365 and VMware ESXi knowledge, and experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. A Secret clearance and GCC High environment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems administration or IT support.
• MS365 environment hands-on expertise.
• Experience supporting on-prem and cloud environments.
• VMware ESXi experience.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, GPO and endpoint management.
• Capable of resolving complex issues for technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance; GCC High env experience.
• MS365 certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
