Job summary

Wings Credit Union seeks a Sr System Administrator to ensure resiliency, performance, and security of our infrastructure. You will monitor the environment, resolve incidents, implement security policies, manage AD and Office 365, and support disaster recovery planning.

The role requires leadership with Senior SME responsibilities and 7x24 on‑call duties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial IT, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship, with experience in server management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical field preferred.
• 3+ years' combined experience related to systems administration, required.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Monitors production performance, server and application issues to ensure restoration of the environment.
• Repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance across production platforms to maintain uptime.
