Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field and 2 years of IT experience (4 years college substitution allowed).
• Salary for Senior Information Systems Programmer/Analyst is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Hyper-V hosts, VMs, clustering, and storage.
• Administer Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, including switches, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Perform system updates, patching, backups, and disaster-recovery tasks.
• Implement security best practices and assist with compliance requirements.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for server, network, and virtualization issues.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes.
