Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Technical Lead to drive enterprise DLP program maturity and operations. You will own DLP engineering, risk management, and policy enforcement across a large distributed environment including on-prem, cloud, and endpoints.

The role requires hands-on Symantec DLP deployment and administration, integration with SIEM/SOAR/ITSM, and development of executive dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Minimum 3 years specifically with Data Loss Prevention tools and technologies.
• Experience leading or serving as primary technical point of contact in enterprise-scale DLP implementations — prior large environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage DLP alerts across endpoints, email, web, and cloud.
• Design and maintain DLP policies, content inspection rules, and data profiles.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports translating DLP telemetry into actionable intelligence for leadership.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident analyses.
