Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. The role demands deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, and modern data/analytics platforms, plus strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.

Minimum twelve years as a SWE in similar programs, a CS-related degree, and the ability to design, test, and optimize software within a governed development process are

Qualifications

12 years experience as a SWE in similar scope/programs required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university required; four years additional SWE experience may substitute for degree
Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, Kafka, JMS, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, large data processing, real-time systems and MIS
Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results
Provide input to system design including hardware/software trade-offs, reuse of COTS/GOTS, and requirements analysis
Lead or collaborate with teams to implement, optimize and document software solutions
