Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex, multi-product software solutions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Manage software stabilization cycles, ensuring timely resolution of defects and delivery of high-quality releases.
Act as the primary customer-facing focal point for project planning, escalations, issue resolution, and evolving business needs.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, and Sales.
Coordinate with offshore teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to ensure alignment and delivery consistency.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of issues to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Deliver clear and consistent communication to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Experience in leading global, cross-functional teams and working across time zones.
Strong understanding of software development and release management lifecycles.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence.
U.S.-based with ability to support customers in North America; willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the retail technology or PoS (Point of Sale) domain.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
