Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned sustainment engineering lead to architect and implement an automation-first ILS/IPS toolchain. You will own the LPD environment, connect FMECA, RCM, MTA data, and provide on-demand deliverables across programs with a single source of truth.

You will accelerate sustainment analysis with AI-enabled tooling, enable BOM/ECO propagation, and guide the transition from legacy to integrated systems while aligning with ERP and PLM governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sustainment engineering, logistics engineering, or ILS roles within defense or aerospace.
• Deep practitioner experience in Logistics Support Analysis - has built FMECA, RCM, LORA, maintenance task analysis, or provisioning data.

Responsibilities

• Architect andul's ILS/IPS digital toolchain with automation-first workflows.
• Define and own the authoritative Logistics Product Data (LPD) environment and its data model.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to accelerate sustainment analysis cycles.
• Build integrations that propagate BOM changes, ECOs, and design decisions through sustainment artifacts.
• Define target-state sustainment toolchain architecture and lead migration from legacy tools.
• Drive feedback loops between field data and sustainment planning models.
• Represent sustainment data architecture in enterprise PLM/ERP governance.
