Job summary

The role requires a four-year degree in Electrical/Computing Engineering or Computer Science, plus extensive electronics manufacturing experience and leadership capability. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Electrical/Computing Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
• <8+ years of electronics manufacturing experience>
• Leadership experience (2+ years) preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including day and overnight

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation of production test equipment
• Perform test equipment qualifications and characterization
• Coordinate hardware/software updates on test equipment
• Develop product-specific test programs
• Lead continuous improvement activities (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen)
• Review engineering drawings/DFX for testability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corrective actions
• Develop maintenance and calibration procedures
• Analyze return data to drive corrective actions
