DPR Construction seeks a sustainability partner to translate enterprise goals into actionable initiatives. You will build relationships with leaders to weave sustainability into operations, innovation, and growth strategies, driving measurable impact across projects and entities.

With 5+ years in sustainability and a related degree, you will coordinate reporting, data, and compliance while supporting market-facing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, operations, or business partnering required.
• Sustainability certification preferred.

Job Summary

Serves as a strategic partner supporting sustainability implementation across assigned entities or operational groups. Translates enterprise sustainability goals into actionable initiatives aligned with business needs. Anticipated starting pay range

$150,000.00- $200,000.00
