DPR Construction seeks a Senior Sustainability partner to translate enterprise goals into actionable initiatives across assigned entities. You will build relationships with leaders to embed sustainability into operations, innovation, and growth strategies.

Lead cross-functional efforts, coordinate reporting, and drive alignment with business priorities while advancing sustainability initiatives within a national contractor context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, operations, or business partnering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Sustainability certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as sustainability liaison for assigned entities or business units.
• Integrates sustainability into business strategy and operations.

Anticipated starting pay range

$150,000.00- $200,000.00
