Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a consulting firm focused on energy modeling.
• Familiarity with LEED and WELL design principles.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and visualize models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance building energy modeling and sustainability analysis.
• Support Net Zero energy/carbon road mapping and certification efforts.
• Provide sustainability strategy consulting for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and MEP engineers on energy and water efficiency measures.
