Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. seeks a Senior Sustainability Project Manager in Atlanta to lead complex sustainability certifications, mentor a team of Specialists, and drive business development. You will engage clients, develop strategy, and oversee multiple projects across rating systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience in sustainability consulting, LEED AP, and strong knowledge of rating systems. Hybrid office/remote work is available in a supportive, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Policy, or Environmental Studies.
• LEED AP with Specialty required.
• Professional accreditation in one or more additional rating systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small group of professionals, including reviewing project health and scheduling work.
• Manage projects through full certification cycles across LEED, WELL, SITES, Fitwel, and other rating systems.
• Support business development through conferences, speaking engagements, and client outreach.
• Educate and engage the marketplace through written, verbal, and in‑person communications.
• Collaborate with ESG practices to balance workloads and ensure project delivery.
