Job summary

Amcor Sr. Sustainability & Marketing Analyst role in North America focuses on supporting sustainability strategy and commercial growth through data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You will administer key platforms, drive data quality, and lead LCA work across manufacturing sites. The position collaborates with Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Corporate Sustainability to enable data-driven decisions and customer-facing initiatives, including market insights and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, market research, marketing/business analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain sustainability data platforms and data validation processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for program areas including PCR, recyclability, and transportation.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across large datasets spanning SKUs and customers.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments to support product sustainability goals.
• Support regulatory reporting, EPR obligations, and audit readiness.
• Provide market intelligence and support marketing communications and customer engagements.
