Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Sustainability & Marketing Analyst to support North America’s sustainability strategy and growth through data management, reporting, and lifecycle assessments.

The role administers key platforms, leads data quality initiatives, and coordinates regulatory programs across sites, while ensuring audit readiness. The role partners with Commercial, R&D, Operations and Corporate Sustainability to translate data into actionable insights for customer engagement and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, market research, marketing/business analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing large datasets and translating data into business insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Data Management & Reporting: Administer and maintain Altruistiq (AQ) and ensure data validation across sites.
• Dashboards, Analytics & Systems Integration: Develop and refine dashboards and reporting tools.
• Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs): Conduct LCAs to substantiate environmental claims.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Manage EPR reporting, Sedex, audits, and compliance programs.
• Market Intelligence & Strategic Marketing Support: Conduct market research and support strategic planning and customer engagements.
