Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Manage, control, and review quality control surveys to implement designs and reconcile material handling for monitoring recovery, productivity, and submission of progress claims. Deliver reports and system processes, coordinate survey equipment management, and propose improvements based on survey findings to meet the company's strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and improve survey data collection systems: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard procedures and systems for survey data collection, handling, and database maintenance. Ensure successful implementation and development of these systems.
  2. Ensure data quality: Maintain high standards of integrity, clarity, and thoroughness of information collected and produced by the survey function.
  3. Manage survey timelines and accuracy: Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of field survey work and calculations necessary for monthly progress claims.
  4. Coordinate with engineering and operations: Work closely with civil engineering and operations teams to effectively link design and field implementation.
  5. Implement SHE programs: Maintain and actively implement SHE programs, including risk mitigation and monitoring, ensuring compliance with SHE standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP. Achieve targets such as Zero LTI and effective SHE management system execution.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Surveyor in the mining or engineering industry.
  • EPC Surveying certification.
  • Possess POP competency.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate EPC survey equipment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required by the project.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
