Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• 5+ years of surveying and management experience
• TX RPLS license highly preferred
• Excellent communication and client relations skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and support to Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians
• Create work schedules to manage manpower and timelines
• Monitor accuracy, quality, and timeliness of survey work products
• Effectively manage and coordinate all assigned projects and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, field crews, and GIS group to ensure project organization
• Review scope of work and client specifications to ensure adherence to standards
• Perform and oversee quality audits and documentation of audit criteria
• Pursue new business opportunities through marketing and development efforts
• Support Director of Survey Operations and liaise with Design Operations for standards
