Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Survey Project Manager to supervise staff and guide the technical and managerial direction of projects, including scope, schedule, quality, and budget. You will prepare work plans, monitor budgets, and ensure QA/QC while coordinating proposals and business development efforts.

The role requires 8-10+ years in land surveying, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Trimble and AutoCAD tools.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in land surveying or related field.
• Experience managing construction staking projects and crews.
• Proficient with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans and labor budgets for approval.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to satisfy clients and control productivity.
• Prepare engineering designs and data for project completion.
• Coordinate As-built submittals for clients at project end.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance on projects.
• Mentor junior staff in technical and business practices.
• Adhere to Health and Safety SOPs.
