Qualifications

• Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices and QA/QC processes.
• Experience with modern survey equipment.
• Good understanding of engineering, design and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the survey team to deliver projects within technical, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Review work for regulatory and company compliance.
• Prepare estimates and project plans.
• Maintain communication with internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with other disciplines; support marketing efforts.
