Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in surveying preferred.
• At least two years of related supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of progressive surveying experience, preferably in heavy civil, infrastructure, earthwork, utilities, or roadway construction.
• CPR/First Aid and Confined Space Entry certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise surveying staff up to 5 workers.
• Oversee surveying activities to provide precise data for engineering and construction.
• Coordinate findings with engineers, project managers and clients.
• Develop and maintain project surveying standards and workflows.
• Review plans, identify conflicts, and translate design information into field models.
