Qualifications

• 8+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• 5+ years in land surveying.
• 5+ years of managing Junior CAD Technicians.
• Experience with GDOT deliverables.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Valid driver's license and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain CAD standards for the company.
• Coordinate CAD needs with Project Managers and CAD staff.
• Train CAD Technicians and manage licenses and updates.
• QA/QC of CAD work produced by staff.
• Process daily field survey data using Civil 3D, Carlson and/or MicroStation.
• Develop 3D digital terrain models using InRoads/OpenRoads.
• Ensure finished drawings comply with government standards (e.g., GDOT).
• Assist in field occasionally to verify drawings reflect field conditions.
