Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Geography, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of surveying experience in land development, transportation, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing ALTA, boundary, topographic, and construction-related surveys.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and survey data processing software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process survey deliverables including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary, Topographic surveys, and construction-related surveys.
• Perform deed, title, and public records research to support boundary determinations and survey projects.
• Analyze survey data collected from GPS, total stations, laser scanners, and other field equipment.
• Prepare survey plats, maps, sketches, exhibits, and reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Assist with boundary analysis, closure calculations, control network adjustments, and survey computations.
• Coordinate with field crews to support project execution and ensure accurate data collection.
• Review field notes, survey data, and calculations for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, utility companies, contractors, and clients as needed.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and task management activities.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior analysts, technicians, and interns.
• Maintain quality control standards while meeting project schedules and deliverable requirements.
