Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Physical Security Technician I under the Supervisor, Radio Systems, to facilitate repairs, service and maintenance of DPS security programs and access control databases across the Casino, Hotel and Tribal Government facilities.

You will install and maintain door hardware and access control devices, coordinate with vendors, track work orders, and ensure systems operate securely and in compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience with electronic physical security systems including access control and alarms.
• Casino environment or Tribal Government experience preferred.
• Experience can substitute educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains access control components and door hardware.
• Coordinates maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements; supports installations and upgrades.
• Receives and documents work orders; tracks repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoots low-voltage wiring and electrical issues; tests circuits and sensors.
• Supports new security projects and software updates; trains Public Safety team.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and internal policies.
