Job summary

Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA is seeking a Surgical Technician for a full-time 10-hour day shift. The role involves scrubbing in the main OR under the supervision of the OR RN Circulator and supporting the surgical team in patient care.

The candidate should have a National Certified Surgical Technologist and BLS certification, with 5 years of OR experience. A Surgical Technology program graduate is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Certified Surgical Technologist (Surgical Technology) required by hire.
• National Provider BLS required by hire.
• 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technician in a Main Operating Room.
• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist medical and nursing staff in patient care in the OR.
• Serve as scrub person in the Surgical Suites and other clinical areas.
