Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA is seeking a Surgical Technician to support the OR team. This full-time role follows a 10-hour day shift schedule under the supervision of the OR RN Circulator.

The scrub role involves assisting the medical and nursing staff, preparing sterile fields, and ensuring patient safety in the Surgical Suites. Eligible candidates must be certified and have BLS, with several years of operating room experience.

Qualificações

• National Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (AHA) upon hire.
• 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technician in a Main Operating Room.

Description

Surgical Technician at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 10-hour Day shifts.

Under the direct supervision of the OR RN Circulator, assists the medical and nursing staff in the care of the patient in the OR. The Surgery Technician's primary function is the scrub person role in the Surgical Suites and other clinical areas.

Required qualifications:

• National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 5 years of experience as a Surgical Technician in a Main Operating Room.

Preferred qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $45.98 - $58.05
