What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
  • Assist Surgical Account Manager with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a field-based role

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including overnight trips
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room
  • Relevant clinical or hospital experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Strong drive for results and ability to present complex product demonstrations
