What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within assigned territory
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures
- Perform equipment and software upgrades as required and conduct equipment fleet audits
- Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
- Assist Surgical Account Manager with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including overnight trips
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room
- Relevant clinical or hospital experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Strong drive for results and ability to present complex product demonstrations
- Action-oriented with a strong work ethic and career ambition
