What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within assigned territory
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures
• Perform equipment and software upgrades as required and conduct equipment fleet audits
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
• Assist Surgical Account Manager with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a field-based role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including overnight trips
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
