Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Senior or Staff Machine Learning Scientist to develop and translate advanced AI solutions across surgery, perioperative care, clinical research, and healthcare operations. You will collaborate with surgeons, clinicians, and researchers, while working with enterprise AI, engineering, cloud, and MLOps teams to translate research into scalable clinical tools.

• PhD in a quantitative field with strong ML/deep learning foundation.
• Ability to design, validate, and translate ML models for clinical use.
• Experience communicating with clinicians, researchers, and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and validate ML models for surgical, perioperative, clinical, and operational uses.
• Advance multimodal learning, real-time decision support, and AI deployment.
• Work with surgical video, imaging, signals, EHR data, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure and evaluation pipelines for clinical translation.
• Collaborate across data engineers, ML engineers, and clinicians from development to deployment.
• Publish, present, and contribute to collaborations and grants.
