The successful candidate will lead projects, provide engineering and financial analyses, and develop business with existing and new clients, including aggregates and industrial minerals experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive mining experience across operations, consulting and corporate offices.
• Experience in aggregates, industrial minerals, and large multi-disciplinary PM.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining projects under PM guidance and supervise teams.
• Apply mine planning software to deliver technical tasks.
• Direct others in MineSight, Deswik, Minemax, Vulcan, and Carlson usage.
• Utilize Python for scripting and automation in analyses.
• Use Excel, Tableau and Monte Carlo for financial/operational studies.
• Provide mine engineering and financial expertise from field to report.
• Demonstrate strong technical writing and reporting skills.
• Support business development with existing and new clients.
• Manage tasks, budgets, scopes, schedules, and client contacts.
• Develop proposals and identify opportunities with US clients.
