Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research, review, determine, and analyze Land Title and Ownership ranging in complexity.
• Negotiate for acquisition of easements, fee title, permits, and other land rights.
• Draft, review, prepare, analyze, interpret, and maintain all land and surface related agreements, amendments, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and prepare Right of Way cost estimates for land and ROW project acquisition.
• Secure required agreements and partner with departments to meet operational objectives.
