Overview

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Reports To: Director, Software Support - Technology

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support payroll operations and system integrations within SAP SuccessFactors. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and other internal/external systems, maintaining payroll accuracy, and supporting ongoing configuration and enhancement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and experience with integration tools and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration, and testing.
• Review, modify, and update existing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations.
• Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models.
• Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments.
• Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes.
• Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system.
• Manage and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to payroll and data exchange.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Ensure payroll configurations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws).
• Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes, integration flows, and support procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Payroll and Integrations.
• Experience with SAP BTP
• SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM or other payroll systems.
• Knowledge of API management and data transformation tools.
• Project management or agile methodology experience.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments.
