This role offers the opportunity to act as a trusted technical guide for enterprise customers using cloud-based PostgreSQL solutions. You will provide expert-level troubleshooting, recommend best practices, and help customers implement and optimize their database environments. Working remotely with a global support team, you will collaborate closely with development teams on complex issues, mentor junior engineers, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and technical guidance. This position allows you to influence customer experience, shape internal support practices, and contribute to the reliability and usability of cloud database services at scale.
