Job summary

TriSearch is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for the Face & Skin portfolio in a hybrid Hackensack role. You will own supply planning for a high-visibility product line and collaborate across Demand Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Marketing, PMO, and external manufacturers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CPG supply planning, experience with contract manufacturers and global supply networks, and strong ERP/planning systems exposure.

• 5+ years of supply planning experience in CPG/beauty/personal care.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and global supply networks.
• Strong ERP/planning systems exposure in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning for a high-visibility Face & Skin portfolio.
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Marketing, PMO, and external manufacturing partners.
• Support innovation launches, relaunches, sourcing transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive proactive problem solving across a global outsourced manufacturing network.
• Improve planning processes and elevate operational maturity.
• Balance service, inventory, cost, and agility in a fast-changing environment.
