Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead in Plano, TX to drive enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives that standardize, digitize, and optimize supply chain planning and order fulfillment. The Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives to transform, standardize, and digitize supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes. This role helps lead cross-functional programs that deliver scalable process and system solutions, improving operational efficiency, system performance, and end-to-end supply chain visibility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Process Manager, this role serves as a key transformation partner- collaborating with IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service to align priorities, execute initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards. The position plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution and shaping the future-state supply chain operating model.
