Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain processes, ideally in a high-tech, low-volume industry.
• Proven expertise in project management and familiarity with reallocating products or production.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, technical environments to drive supply chain improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary transfer teams and establish clear governance with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-sector teams to create and maintain the transfer portfolio.
• Support resource planning to ensure successful transfer execution.
• Develop comprehensive phase-out and transfer strategies with capacity alignment and risk mitigation.
• Provide input for phase-out negotiations and data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments and ensure material availability throughout all program phases.
• Manage escalations to resolve bottlenecks and avoid recurrence.
