Job summary

Amazon Robotics in the greater Boston area seeks an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager to lead an inventory management program and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

You will shape best practices for semiconductor supply chains and interface with internal and external partners to meet continuity of supply and lead-time goals. The role requires strong data analysis, executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
• 6+ years of related industry experience
• 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
• Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
• Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Amazon Robotics supply chain team in helping to define and deliver key processes to manage complex supply chain strategies.
• Build robust and scalable sourcing processes that interface with all critical components within Amazon Robotics's products.
• Manage complex financial and legal requirements and lead key inventory activities that will impact our supply chain.
• Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design.
• Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.
• Drive the development of scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.
