LGC Biosearch Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning to lead local supply, inventory, and capacity planning at the Petaluma site. The role balances service levels, costs, regulatory requirements, and performance across multiple functions.

You will drive long-term planning, demand/supply synchrony, and continuous improvement initiatives, including capacity expansion and ERP optimizations, within a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 7 years in a planning management role.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term supply chain planning strategies aligned with demand and manufacturing capabilities.
• Mentor and lead local planning teams across supply planning.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy, new product launches, and capacity expansion.
• Translate demand signals into executable supply plans across sites.
• Ensure robust scenario planning to manage variability and risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement on raw material impacts.
